Sr. Operations Analyst - IAM L3
Tasks
- Automate provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
- Configure SSO and MFA
- Coordinate incident resolution with L1 and L2
- Design and deploy IAM upgrades
- Develop IAM password and privileged access policies
- Implement RBAC and least privilege
- Implement access request workflows
- Integrate IAM with applications and infrastructure
- Lead IAM incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Maintain IAM documentation and workflows
- Maintain incident response playbooks
- Manage IAM platform operations
- Monitor IAM for security incidents
- Perform access audits and reviews
- Provision users and manage access lifecycle
- Train and mentor junior analysts
- Troubleshoot IAM access failures
