Technical Support Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with product and engineering to improve support
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams
- Identify trends in customer issues
- Participate in support workflow and metrics reviews
- Provide customer communication during troubleshooting
- Share best practices and lessons learned
- Stay current with new product releases
- Support pre sales and post sales handoffs
