- Create Salesforce license dashboards and reports
- Deliver training for project management tool users
- Ensure data quality for portfolio reviews
- Implement automations templates and smart workflows
- Maintain knowledge repositories
- Maintain project programme and execution standards
- Manage user access rights
- Monitor Salesforce license usage and allocation
- Optimize knowledge for AI powered search and summarization
- Provide Level 1 user support
- Provision Salesforce licenses and terms
- Support board workflow and dashboard harmonization
- Support integrations with Jira and Azure DevOps
- Support naming conventions and portfolio reporting
- Support onboarding for new users and administrators
