Tasks
- Apply operating system patches and upgrades
- Conduct media sanitization and equipment disposal
- Deploy software packages using scripting
- Diagnose hardware and software issues using logs
- Install configure maintain test troubleshoot IT systems
- Install configure software based on change orders
- Manage user accounts with elevated privileges
- Monitor systems and recommend improvements
- Perform routine audits for compliance
- Perform system inventory and asset management
- Provide desktop support and endpoint provisioning
- Troubleshoot performance using SCOM and related tools
