Senior Product Manager, AI Receptionist
Tasks
- Align with platform teams on shared infrastructure auth billing analytics
- Define AI receptionist agent behaviors for call answering lead capture scheduling
- Define mobile KPIs DAU MAU activation retention churn ratings subscription conversion
- Define solopreneur user journey activation retention
- Design setup and configuration flows for non technical users
- Drive continuous optimization onboarding core flows push notification strategies
- Ensure iOS Android desktop consumer grade experience
- Optimize conversion across freemium to paid funnel
- Optimize voice and notification experiences accessibility tone dialog design
- Own app store go to market strategy pricing tiers free trials
- Own end to end product vision strategy roadmap
- Partner with engineering design data science marketing to ship
- Prioritize features to drive app store growth
- Run usability tests qualitative studies A B experiments
- Serve as voice of solopreneur customer for roadmap planning
- Track and respond to app store reviews ratings trends
