Site Reliability Engineer II
Tasks
- Build automation for CI CD and infrastructure management
- Collaborate on capacity planning and performance optimization
- Design and enhance observability frameworks
- Ensure change governance and regulatory compliance
- Ensure rollback strategies and operational documentation
- Identify recurring incidents and drive reliability improvements
- Implement systemic corrective actions to improve resilience
- Improve monitoring alerting and dashboards
- Lead incident response and drive root cause analysis
- Maintain runbooks playbooks and SOPs
- Mentor junior engineers and share SRE practices
- Own service reliability and operational health
- Reduce operational toil with automation
- Support release planning and production readiness
