Director of Cybersecurity
Tasks
- Act as fractional CISO advisor
- Advise leadership on risk posture and mitigation
- Assess cybersecurity capabilities and identify risk and growth opportunities
- Build security awareness culture
- Define KPIs for risk compliance and service performance
- Develop cybersecurity roadmap
- Develop new cybersecurity offerings
- Embed security into services and solutions
- Establish security policies standards and frameworks
- Guide adoption of security tools platforms and technologies
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy
- Manage cybersecurity vendors and partners
- Manage organizational risk
- Mentor security teams and influence cross functional collaboration
- Oversee incident response planning and execution
- Oversee vendor risk and compliance initiatives
- Serve as customer facing cybersecurity leader
- Strengthen alignment between cybersecurity service delivery and sales
- Support growth of cybersecurity services
