IT Support Engineer / Specialist
Tasks
- Apply information security policies for user accounts and devices
- Assist with conference room device setup
- Diagnose and resolve user device issues
- Escalate issues to second line when needed
- Log and track IT issues in service desk
- Maintain IT knowledge base for common issues
- Maintain office automation equipment
- Perform initial issue classification and triage
- Perform routine checks on office IT equipment
- Provide first line user IT support
- Set up and troubleshoot printers
- Support conference room audio visual equipment
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and Wi-Fi issues
- Use AI tools to find solutions and draft user guides
