- Configure Power BI Report Server performance tuning
- Contribute to BI architecture and coding standards

- Deliver knowledge transfer training sessions
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards
- Develop data models star schema and snowflake schema
- Implement secure access with ADFS claims authentication
- Maintain operational runbooks and SOPs
- Manage ITIL incident problem change and service request tickets
- Monitor backups logs and dataset refresh status
- Participate in stand-ups and retrospectives
- Perform patching upgrades and maintenance
- Produce monthly operational reports and KPIs
- Provide technical mentoring to Power Users
- Support agile delivery planning
