Associate Cybersecurity Posture Management
Tasks
- Administer CSPM toolset and monitor cloud misconfigurations
- Administer SSPM toolset and assess SaaS security posture
- Administer access recertification campaigns and reviewer assignments
- Administer and maintain security awareness training platform
- Administer vulnerability management scan scheduling and findings review
- Categorize and prioritize vulnerabilities by risk and impact
- Conduct third party vendor risk assessments and mitigation monitoring
- Configure SSPM reports rules and notification workflows
- Coordinate third party remediation with IT teams
- Develop and deliver security awareness programs
- Develop security automation scripts for administrative tasks
- Embed security requirements in contracts and third party agreements
- Identify and remediate dormant users and misconfigured SaaS permissions
- Integrate additional tools into CSPM platform
- Investigate anomalous behavior and implement preventive controls
- Maintain CSPM policies and governance documentation
- Maintain identity and access governance policies and procedures
- Maintain vulnerability management policies and metrics reporting
- Monitor DLP and insider threat alerts and respond per policy
- Participate in change control for security changes
- Participate in on-call duties
- Prioritize and assign security findings for remediation
- Produce and distribute security posture reports
- Provide evidence for external audits
- Respond to ServiceNow security tickets and resolve within SLA
- Review provider SOC reports and document findings for audit
- Run IAM reports to identify unused accounts and over privileged access
- Stay current on threats and security best practices
- Track and report training completion rates and effectiveness
- Track remediation progress against SLAs
- Update training content for current threats and regulatory guidance
