Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst
Tasks
- Conduct access hygiene and cleanup
- Ensure work completes within SLAs
- Execute change tasks for provisioning and remediation
- Manage Active Directory accounts
- Manage provisioning queues
- Perform database access provisioning
- Process access requests
- Provision user and privileged access
- Respond to critical access issues during on call
- Serve as escalation point for failed access requests
- Support credential vaulting
- Troubleshoot access issues and escalate risks
- Validate work completed by offshore partners
