Principal Software Engineer
Tasks
- Architect distributed search and recommendation systems
- Continuously improve engineering health and delivery agility
- Create architecture and design documents
- Define test strategy and ensure security testing
- Design and maintain testable extensible secure performant code
- Design for scalability resiliency and disaster recovery
- Drive responsible AI practices
- Establish coding standards and best practices
- Identify technical dependencies and coordinate cross team integration
- Improve code quality test coverage and performance
- Lead AI native software development across SDLC
- Lead incident retrospectives and repair action implementation
- Own root cause analysis for production issues
- Own system architecture design decisions
- Provide technical leadership in code reviews
