IT Operations & Digital Support Engineer
Tasks
- Administer SAP Customer Data Cloud platform
- Analyze system discrepancies using Linux commands and SQL
- Build automated monitoring solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Develop automation workflows for monitoring and repetitive tasks
- Drive MTTR improvement metrics
- Ensure CIAM workflows comply with privacy regulations
- Maintain SLAs
- Participate in Major Incident bridges
- Perform incident ownership and follow up
- Provide remote technical support for software issues
- Troubleshoot registration login and social authentication flows
