- Improve SOC processes playbooks and metrics
- Integrate risk informed security operations with vulnerability management incident response and GRC
- Lead SOC team
- Maintain and improve detection alerting capabilities
- Manage and escalate alerts and incidents
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents
- Provide guidance during security events on call
- Support compliance with PCI DSS requirements
- Update SOC detection tools
