Tasks
- Configure and implement network infrastructure
- Escalate incidents and risks to leadership
- Maintain VLAN wireless LAN and authentication measures
- Manage incident ownership and problem trends
- Monitor and maintain network and system health
- Provide WAN LAN support for multi vendor environments
- Support connectivity for Windows Server AWS Azure and VMware environments
- Support network and security device patch management
- Troubleshoot server network and storage issues
- Write scripts for monitoring configuration and escalations
