- Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Build dashboards for platform health
- Configure Conditional Access and MFA policies
- Coordinate Exchange Online mail flow and security settings
- Create runbooks and automate service improvements
- Develop PowerShell automation for Microsoft 365
- Implement Microsoft Graph integrations with least privilege access
- Manage Entra ID application registrations and service principals
- Manage ITSM tickets and SLA reporting
- Manage identity lifecycle and RBAC
- Perform root cause analysis and implement remediation
- Triaging and resolving incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot authentication and access using Entra ID logs
