IT Administrator (Contractor, 40 hours per month)
Tasks
- Administer IAM and service accounts with least privilege
- Administer user accounts in Google Workspace Slack and Jira
- Automate and script to improve efficiency
- Configure Compute Engine Cloud Storage VPC networking
- Educate team on IT and security best practices
- Identify security vulnerabilities and endpoint protection risks
- Maintain Google Cloud infrastructure
- Maintain documentation of systems and configurations
- Manage IT tickets and documentation
- Manage cloud costs using FinOps
- Manage software updates and patches
- Monitor uptime and reliability
- Provide remote technical support
- Provision infrastructure with Infrastructure-as-Code
- Set up and configure laptops and VR devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Use Google Cloud Operations Suite for monitoring logging troubleshooting
