Manager, Physical Security Operations
Tasks
- Coordinate security system performance upgrades and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal business lines for site security needs
- Develop implement and refine physical security SOPs
- Drive process discipline and compliance
- Ensure consistent execution of security practices and standards
- Ensure incident response continuity for critical security issues
- Identify gaps risks and operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Manage physical security vendors and service providers
- Oversee contract execution service delivery and maintenance cycles
- Own daily physical security operations across multiple sites
- Provide oncall coverage and escalation outside business hours
- Provide operational guidance to supervisors and support roles
- Serve as operational decisionmaker during leadership absence
- Support budget management and vendor spend oversight
- Support communication between field operations and leadership
