Knowledge Management and Administrative Associate
Tasks
- Collect organize and disseminate learning materials
- Conduct post training follow up and documentation
- Coordinate with external stakeholders consultants and vendors
- Draft communications and information materials
- Handle travel arrangements visa coordination and expense claims
- Liaise with facilitators trainers and participants
- Maintain knowledge management systems
- Manage organized filing and document management
- Manage training invitations participant lists and registration
- Prepare presentations talking points and briefing materials
- Prepare training activity summaries and dashboards
- Provide logistical and administrative support for trainings workshops and meetings
- Serve as administrative communication focal point with other units
- Support information flow and training organization
- Track training sessions participants and evaluations
