SOC Analyst (MXDR)
Tasks
- Analyze security alerts using UCP and detection platforms
- Compile and review security service reports
- Document and follow security monitoring procedures
- Escalate and mentor junior team members
- Improve SOC procedures and documentation
- Initiate escalation procedures for threats vulnerabilities and threat actors
- Monitor systems for threats vulnerabilities indicators of compromise
- Perform incident remediation and prevention documentation
- Provide customer incident support and recommendations
