Tasks
- Administer macOS and Windows systems
- Create and update IT documentation and asset inventory
- Implement security policies encryption and MFA
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery
- Manage user accounts and access control
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and VPN connectivity
- Oversee device deployment configuration and patch management
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support
- Support cloud infrastructure operations
