Tasks
- Coordinate technical resources across IT teams
- Develop and implement incident management process
- Develop and publish incident reports
- Disseminate reports to NetOps Centers
- Document and track resolution prevention plans
- Document incident relation to configuration items
- Ensure incident management process compliance
- Ensure incident reports include notes for review
- Ensure incident tickets have current information or corrective action
- Maintain incident management process
- Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Perform incident notifications and escalations within SLAs
- Perform incident trend analysis
- Provide input to problem management teams during root cause investigations
- Provide technical incident analysis
- Recommend corrective actions
- Submit and schedule follow up change tickets
