Tasks
- Collaborate with IT and security teams on incident resolution
- Configure integration connectors to enterprise systems
- Define roles and policies in SailPoint ISC
- Develop identity management workflows for user lifecycle
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Generate identity governance and access control reports
- Implement RBAC and ABAC models
- Implement identity governance and administration using SailPoint ISC
- Manage access request and approval processes
- Monitor SLAs and troubleshoot connectors and Cloud Gateway
- Run access certification campaigns
- Troubleshoot SCIM and REST integrations
