Security Operations Assistant Account Manager
Tasks
- Analyze incident trends and performance metrics
- Assist daily 247 command center operations
- Coordinate drills and tabletop exercises
- Coordinate onboarding and training
- Develop operational analytics and dashboards
- Document incidents and events
- Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs
- Monitor system activity and events
- Perform incident triage and escalation
- Provide emergency response coordination
- Recommend process improvements
- Review reports logs and documentation accuracy
- Supervise contract security personnel
- Support call handling and dispatch
- Support incident investigations and case tracking
- Support staff scheduling and shift coverage
