Senior Epic Web and Services Server Administrator
Tasks
- Administer Epic web and service server infrastructure
- Apply Epic upgrades and platform patches
- Coordinate deployments using change control
- Develop automation scripts
- Escalate complex system issues
- Install and configure Epic web and service servers
- Maintain DirectTrust certificates
- Maintain technical documentation
- Manage printing infrastructure and print queues
- Manage secure data exchange and certificates
- Monitor and maintain Epic infrastructure reliability
- Participate in release management
- Perform failover testing
- Perform root cause analysis
- Provide after-hours on-call support
- Support Axway Secure Transport MFT flows
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery
- Troubleshoot web services and connectivity issues
