Forward Deployed Engineer
Tasks
- Build customer self help documentation and walkthroughs
- Create self serve tools to reduce ticket volume
- Escalate product defects with diagnosis and reproduction steps
- Gather and submit product feedback with evidence
- Own customer technical requests end to end
- Provide integration setup support
- Ship small fixes via pull requests
- Troubleshoot errors and diagnose root causes
- Use AI tooling for automation and scaled operations
- Verify issues using out of band tools
