Director of Cyber Security & Governance
Tasks
- Act as senior security point of contact to group CISO and internal audit
- Assess vendor risk before contracting
- Build security awareness culture
- Close audit findings
- Coordinate security incident response
- Drive vulnerability patch and exposure management
- Embed security by design into delivery lifecycle
- Establish lightweight ways of working and accountabilities
- Govern identity access and segregation of duties controls
- Lead audit readiness and remediation
- Lead cyber security and IT GRC
- Maintain continuous compliance
- Maintain cyber risk register
- Manage policy adoption and exceptions
- Operate IT GRC in BAU
- Own IT control environment
- Own cyber risk posture
- Perform control testing
- Provide security assurance for transformation portfolio
- Serve as internal audit and external auditor point of contact
- Set security and privacy requirements for third parties SaaS and AMS
- Translate group security standards into local implementation
