Principal Security Architect
Tasks
- Architect network segmentation and zero trust access models
- Automate cloud security posture checks and drift detection
- Automate vulnerability management remediation workflows
- Collaborate with SOC GRC and infrastructure teams to close security gaps
- Define secure connectivity across WAN remote access and data centers
- Define security baselines and configuration standards
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 NIST and CIS frameworks
- Harden multi cloud security including IAM VPCs firewalls and API security
- Implement next generation firewall policies
- Improve security monitoring alerting and forensics
- Integrate security into CI CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning
- Lead Cisco security platform configuration and policy enforcement
- Lead security architecture for hybrid cloud and on prem environments
- Lead threat detection and incident response for network and infrastructure
- Participate in audits risk assessments and security reviews
- Serve as SME for Palo Alto Networks firewalls Prisma Access and Panorama
