Manager, IAM Engineering
Tasks
- Collaborate on system designs and best practices
- Create documentation and diagrams for IAM knowledge base
- Implement identity security solutions including Zero Trust
- Improve IAM observability and monitoring
- Maintain IAM roadmap and address tech debt
- Manage IAM engineering team and resources
- Oversee IAM services and ensure uptime
- Participate in code reviews
- Partner with Security Governance and DevOps teams
- Serve as escalation point and SME for IAM issues
- Track and prioritize IAM engineering work
