Senior IT Security Analyst – Email Security
Tasks
- Administer email security platforms
- Analyze email threats and recommend improvements
- Configure email authentication SPF DKIM DMARC
- Investigate phishing and malware activity
- Maintain operational documentation and SOPs
- Manage DNS TXT records for email security
- Monitor and respond to email security incidents
- Participate in incident response and change management
- Support compliance, audit, and risk management
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 mail flow issues
- Tune email security policies and mail filtering
