Senior Security Engineer
Tasks
- Assess and mitigate security risks across on premises and AWS
- Audit network security devices and recommend configurations
- Automate security monitoring alerting and compliance checks
- Conduct security audits risk assessments and vulnerability scans
- Develop and maintain security policies and best practices
- Ensure vendor security compliance
- Execute incident response plans
- Manage incident detection and monitoring tools
- Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents
- Oversee secure data encryption retention deletion and forensic destruction
- Perform penetration testing and coordinate third party assessments
- Raise security awareness through employee training and phishing
- Review access logs and report findings
