- Drive observability stack including SLOs
- Hire, onboard, and mentor engineers
- Lead application and cloud security for SDLC
- Lead cloud infrastructure and SRE operations
- Lead vendor selection and tooling portfolio
- Manage cloud cost attribution and FinOps
- Manage vulnerability triage and SLAs
- Own AWS CI CD and developer experience
- Own secrets hygiene and IAM
- Partner on compliance program and security questionnaires
- Run incident command for major incidents
