- Create and maintain end to end system designs
- Deploy support and configure infrastructure and applications
- Develop and implement reliable services
- Document and maintain end to end designs
- Ensure service availability within SLAs
- Ensure test strategy covers end to end design
- Implement reliability and performance strategies
- Improve incident response for outages
- Investigate technical problems and support escalations
- Participate in Sev incidents and provide guidance
- Perform standby duties
- Share knowledge with team and mentor
