Tasks
- Administer access across enterprise platforms
- Create maintain documentation and operational procedures
- Improve processes and automation for IAM operations
- Investigate incidents perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Manage user lifecycle provisioning deprovisioning and access modifications
- Monitor report and track IAM service delivery metrics
- Onboard offboard and manage privileged access
- Perform access governance access reviews and audit evidence collection
- Support access request changes approvals and security standards
- Support cloud identity federation integrations and IAM modernization
- Troubleshoot authentication and remote access with MFA 2FA
