Infrastructure Systems Administrator
Tasks
- Administer enterprise printer environments
- Administer file server and print server environments
- Administer user accounts and security groups
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Create update migrate and manage file shares
- Deploy printer firmware updates and manage drivers
- Design implement and maintain Microsoft Active Directory solutions
- Enforce standards for server roles access control and auditing
- Maintain printer installation procedures and inventory tracking
- Manage user and privileged account provisioning and troubleshooting
- Monitor and manage server storage and mapped drives
- Perform data recovery and restoration
- Provide after hours emergency technical support
- Support disaster recovery and continuity operations
- Support end users and IT staff with account management
- Troubleshoot printer issues and support installation and configuration
