Exposure Analyst (Customer-Facing)
Tasks
- Analyze security findings
- Conduct daily security posture reviews
- Drive remediation with IT DevOps and Cloud teams
- Guide configuration and best practices
- Host deep dive technical sessions
- Lead weekly customer check ins
- Open remediation tickets
- Own customer technical relationship
- Partner with internal R and D Product and Support
- Prioritize remediation based on attack path analysis
- Provide monthly reports to stakeholders
- Serve as lead technical escalation point
- Track remediation progress
