Operations Manager, Complaints and Vulnerability
Tasks
- Analyze performance data for operational improvements
- Coordinate with product operations risk compliance and workforce management
- Deliver end to end complaints and vulnerability projects
- Ensure complaints and vulnerability processes comply with policies and regulations
- Perform root cause analysis for trends and pain points
- Redesign complaints and vulnerability ways of working
- Review and evaluate operational processes
- Support EU complaints and vulnerability manager
