- Assist with runbook and SOP guidance using RAG
- Build AI assisted tooling for access operations
- Collaborate with IAM engineering and compliance teams
- Generate operator ready summaries from logs and audit data
- Operationalize AI-assisted workflows
- Provide tier 3 IAM production support
- Support incident response and root cause analysis
- Triage access operation failures with LLM assistance
- Validate entitlement catalogs and metadata with onboarding teams
