Tasks
- Automate account bootstrap with infrastructure as code
- Conduct incident root cause analysis and RCAs
- Configure DNS and cross account trust relationships
- Define workload sizing scaling and SLO baselines
- Deploy cloud observability and security baselines
- Drive FinOps practices cost optimization and reporting
- Execute BC DR exercises
- Implement cyber guardrails with IAM and VPC networking
- Improve account automation reduce toil with scripting and runbooks
- Integrate cloud observability hooks for new environments
- Maintain cloud security posture apply CVE patches
- Own per customer AWS account provisioning
- Participate in on call incident response Level 1 2
- Perform acceptance testing validation for production cutover
- Respond to compliance and audit requirements
- Support blue green and canary deployments
