Tasks
- Advise occupier facing technologies and digital services
- Coordinate design implementation testing and handover
- Define CAPEX assumptions and implementation sequencing for investments
- Define smart building OT IT and cybersecurity requirements
- Deliver building technology and cybersecurity projects end to end
- Identify technical operational and cybersecurity risks and define mitigation plans
- Integrate smart building and cybersecurity workstreams commissioning and documentation
- Integrate sustainability goals and oversee secure IoT platform integration
- Lead technical due diligence and cybersecurity assessments
- Maintain operations on data asset management platform
- Manage vendor selection negotiation onboarding and performance steering
- Prepare building technology smart building and cybersecurity strategies and scopes
- Prepare governance and investor decision materials for technology scope and cyber risk
- Produce technical documentation reporting and executive presentations
- Use SAP for financial tracking reporting and CAPEX control
