Systems Ops Administrator
Tasks
- Document data requirements data quality standards and rules
- Fix data issues using data policies
- Maintain page layouts workflows validation rules and approval processes
- Manage Salesforce user setup and security settings
- Monitor Salesforce case queues and meet SLAs
- Oversee synchronization of Salesforce with ERP and billing systems
- Partner with sales ops finance IT and business stakeholders on automation
- Perform data audits and investigations
- Support UAT and deployments and create training materials
- Troubleshoot Salesforce multi instance issues
