Junior IT Administrator
Tasks
- Administer Microsoft 365 and SaaS tools
- Assign manage access based on policies
- Assist with Azure administration
- Assist with SSO and MFA setup
- Assist with patching MFA enforcement and endpoint compliance
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support
- Create modify and deactivate user accounts
- Escalate complex issues to engineering
- Follow security policies and best practices
- Handle hardware inventory and device shipments
- Maintain IT documentation runbooks and onboarding guides
- Manage endpoint devices with MDM
- Provide L1 helpdesk support
- Provision configure and maintain laptops and desktops
- Support incident response escalation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Track IT assets and update inventory records
- Troubleshoot access software devices and connectivity
