- Configure and troubleshoot Conditional Access policies
- Design and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Implement identity and access security controls
- Lead and support managed services and IT projects
- Manage Mobile Device Management policies
- Manage SharePoint and OneDrive
- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve service issues
- Optimize environments using automation and standardization
- Participate in audits and compliance initiatives
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Provide escalation support for advanced issues
