Agile Transformation Program Manager – IT Operations & Global Information Security
Tasks
- Align Agile delivery with operational goals
- Assess current state and implement Agile frameworks
- Coach teams managers and stakeholders
- Design and deliver Agile training programs
- Drive Agile best practice adoption
- Drive alignment across cross functional teams
- Establish agile governance and metrics
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and workshops
- Integrate Agile practices into IT and security processes
- Lead enterprise Agile transformation
- Manage timelines risks dependencies and deliverables
- Mentor teams on backlog management and sprint planning
- Oversee transformation execution across global teams
- Partner with Global Information Security for alignment
- Provide executive reporting on transformation progress risks and outcomes
- Support Agile transformation in regulated environments
