- Align outputs with internal controls and reporting standards
- Build data ingestion pipelines
- Create executive dashboard layer for business insights
- Define standardize and onboard KPIs and KRIs
- Design and develop scalable web based dashboard
- Develop visualizations and reporting layers for reliability incident and change metrics network health and security posture
- Document system architecture data sources and methodologies
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability
- Implement API integrations
- Integrate data across IT and security domains
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including cyber tabletop exercises
