Tasks
- Automate IT provisioning workflows
- Coordinate backups disaster recovery and change management
- Coordinate major incidents and root cause analysis
- Define SLAs and KPIs for IT services
- Drive security baselines and access lifecycle management
- Ensure infrastructure reliability, security, and performance

- Serve as escalation point for critical IT issues
