- Administer change requests
- Coordinate incident managers and 3rd level support
- Ensure core banking application operations
- Maintain application operation documentation
- Manage incidents within SLAs
- Optimize processes and automate repetitive tasks
- Perform data cleansing and system maintenance
- Process incident tickets from monitoring and service desk
- Support batch job scheduling and monitoring
- Support release activities and deployments
