- Analyze complex security risks and communicate to non technical audiences
- Apply security controls with stakeholders and teams
- Define and evangelize security engineering best practices
- Define security KPIs and track outcomes
- Develop documentation for processes metrics and outcomes
- Drive security improvements across organization
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements
- Implement secure-by-design patterns
- Maintain service level SLOs
- Manage and grow security engineering team to deliver security initiatives
- Partner with peers to make security decisions
- Review system health and uptime
