Tasks
- Coordinate implementation validation and post deployment checks for upgrades and patches
- Design and support authentication authorization encryption certificate services PassTickets MFA and entitlement provisioning
- Establish operational best practices and performance standards
- Evaluate security product features and lead integration efforts
- Identify security gaps improve monitoring and enhance audit and compliance readiness
- Lead mentor and develop security engineers
- Manage vendor escalations troubleshoot complex issues and resolve incidents
- Monitor compliance and configuration hygiene and drive remediation
- Oversee day to day operations of enterprise Z security services
- Participate in on call rotation for security escalations and after hours maintenance
- Partner to implement strategic security initiatives
- Provide engineering and operational support for mainframe security products
- Reduce operational toil through automation and standardization
