- Build mission specific prompt libraries
- Configure optimize and integrate AI tools into workflows
- Create structured prompt templates
- Create transition plans and training materials
- Design future state AI integrated workflows
- Develop before after process documentation
- Develop document support playbook
- Develop mission specific use case configurations
- Drive stakeholder adoption with training and demonstrations
- Establish KPIs for tool utilization and productivity
- Maintain SOPs and workflow guides
- Maintain tool performance baselines
- Map current workflows identify bottlenecks
- Measure cycle time and quality improvements
- Support change management and enablement
- Translate Boolean logic to AI prompts
